By being on a normal plan you receive your 14% commission only once per member refferal as soon as a product is purchased. When however you decide to go on a PLC programme, the referred customer is tied to you and you receive 25% commission whenever he or she decides to purchase a product. All we are asking in return is that you support the artists we promote here.

It goes without saying that the aim is to promote artists and grow a regular listenership for them, by you choosing to become a regular listener, promoter and follower to our playlists, we will therefore offer you a 25% discount on the sales of our selected products.

The music video product is based on the fact of you supplying us with footage shot in front of a professional green screen, which we will edit and include in a beautifully created motion graphic video for your your song. We will just need you to provide us with a link of where we can download your footage.

At the current moment, since we are an express service for the independant musician, we only offer up to a limit of three options to choose from, if however you like a combination of the options then you can only select 2 of the options and explain what you like from both of the options and the creative can begin working on your product. If the creative has not provided you with any options after 14 days, then you can send a complaint to disputes@pc4myjukebox.com

We do not accept playlists that charge the artist a fee for being included as that is a form of payola and therefore ask if anyone has charged you a fee for placement that you send us an email with their referral link to disputes@pc4myjukebox.com

The minimum requirement for payment is $ 1.81 after which you can make a withdrawal request, from your Affiliates Dashboard with an invoice under the Payments section. We review payment requests every Friday and make payments accordingly, we are tied to Paypal and its policies regarding this and its processing, please do take time to read the Paypal receiving of payments policy.

When a sale is made through your referred customer, a commission is paid out to you and is included in your commisions section as a pending payment, it is only completed when a withdraw request is made and the payment has been sent to your Paypal account.

Our service is within the digital virtual space and therefore, everything is processed digitally including the commissions and payments. Furthermore our products are tied to our refered customers and in that regard it is because of this that we do not offer refunds. We therefore urge paying customers to read our Terms and Conditions as well as privacy policy before making their purchase as there will be no refunds issued after a payment is made. We are however working towards improving this process as our staff capacity grows.
