We will NEVER extract personal details from your authorised account (like e-mail, real name, address and etc) and will never make you follow any profile or playlist other than the ones stated before your engagement with the selected playlists on our platform.
Each time you want to submit a track to a playlist using our system we are going to ask you to follow the curator accounts associated with a particular playlist including any promotional material of our own, our Spotify account and the playlist you want your track featured on.
Once you click the send or submit button and authorise the connection our APP is going to automatically take these actions for you (you are going to follow the listed profile, promotional content & playlist). Your submission form will be unlocked after that.
If at any time you do not want to use our service any more you can always disconnect your profile from any of the platforms. Please note: If you do disconnect your account we will not be able to complete any pre-save campaigns that you have signed up for.
ADVERTISING/UPGRADES/MUSIC TOOLS – REFUND POLICY
We aim to provide you with the best service in terms of the services we have on offer, with regards to the submission of playlists as it is clearly stated if for any reason a sale is being conducted, completed and delivered, the sale is final and no refunds, will be offered one hour after payment.
Due to the fact that members are all tied affiliates and requesting refunds will affect the processing of the networks and commissions. Because often times we do make use of third party networks such as Spotify, YouTube and etc. Refunds will not be offered on previous purchases in the event of any outage/downtime due to changes within third-party services or other factors outside and beyond our control.
